Your account

You don't need an account to order. If you create one, please give accurate details and keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend an account that is used fraudulently or to misuse the site.

Products

We describe and photograph our sarees as accurately as we can. Colours can look slightly different on different screens, and small natural variations in fabric, weave and finish can occur; these are not defects. If a detail matters to you, please ask us before you order.

Prices, currency and payment

Prices are in Indian rupees (INR) and include all applicable taxes. Prices shown in other currencies are an approximate conversion for your reference only; you are charged in INR, and your bank or card issuer may apply its own exchange rate and fees.

Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking and wallets). We do not offer cash on delivery.

If a product was listed at an incorrect price, we will contact you before your order is dispatched.

Orders

Your order is confirmed once your payment has been received and verified; you will see a confirmation page and receive a confirmation email. Orders are subject to availability — if we cannot fulfil an order after payment, we will tell you and refund you in full.
